Request a couponThis was our third time with Captain Newport. For the beautiful Newport Sunset Cruise. Boat was clean and in top condition, friendly and very helpful staff. Location on PCH make it easy to park your car and access the boat. We will Definitely use Captain Newport Again.
We rented a boat for a photoshoot (I'm a professionall photographer) and the whole day couldn't have gone better. Upon arriving, we found the boat we had rented would not accommodate our crew of 6 and all the gear. One phone call to Rueben and we upgraded to the 37 ft. Formula. It was a dream and provided us with the A.C. power to run my Studio Flash gear, Captain Rick Goodman was an expert helmsman with a great attitude and personality. I would definitely rent again form them for any boating needs. Their location is great too, right next to billy's at the Beach and across the street from a Starbucks. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We took a boat out Labor Day weekend. Great boat and Captain Bill was so accommodating. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and quality yachts.

Rented a 27 ft Sea Ray for a day with our family, husband, myself, our kids (23 and 34) and their significant others. Smooth and easy rental process, excellent boat with a cabin, head, bikini for Sun protection. Cruised Newport Harbor and then out to the Pacific where the "boys" got to go fast! Gorgeous scenery and a great mini vacation for our family.
Pricey, but have you owned a boat??

Everything was awesome. Boat new and very clean. Captain Tylor was the best. I super recommend to anyone that wants a very cool trip on the water. I will give them a 10 plus+++
Reuben and Captain Rick are outstanding men they truly allowed for the booking process and boating in the open ocean to be very fun. At one point I thought I had a serious issue with the boat while out at sea and it turns out I only bumped a little switch the point is I was able to call captain Rick and he carefully walked me through procedural steps and that got me on my! By the way when you rent these boats remember there is a cleaning charge and you have to pay for the gas at the end of the trip. They had great support and a darn eventful time.
This was amazing! The people in charge of putting all this together they were truly outstanding. It was such a great experience and the Captain was 5 stars easy! They were on time, organized, and gave clear instructions on where to meet and at what time also gave us contact info to two people for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this boat rental they blew it out of the water. Such a great time!

I have rented twice from Captain Newport and have had the best experience. Both times we went to Catalina. The boats are top notch and we'll maintained. Reuben and Capt Rick run a first class operation. I will definitely be back.

Boat was great and Capt Rick was awesome! Booked last minute and communication was great and trip was perfect. Spent the day in Avalon and extended our trip to watch the sunset just outside the harbor. Highly recommend Captain Newport Luxury Boat Rentals. We will be using them again!
This was our first experience on a private yacht celebrating our 30th anniversary with our family from out of town. We rented two boats for the sunset cruise and it was absolutely one of the best unforgettable sceneries from the yacht. The captain took us to see the islands and waterfront homes and the jetty. The crew were courteous and attentive. Very clean yacht. Our guests had one of the best experience of their lives. Hope to be able to spend many more celebrations on Captain Newport's Yacht
Had amazing 25th Birthday because of Captain Newport. Rueben was very attentive with any questions that I had and also made the whole process run very smoothly. I had Captain Rick as my captain for the day and he did a great job! I definitely recommend him for anyone looking to book a captain. The boat I rented was the "DONZI" it is a beautiful boat, everything worked well and everyone had an amazing time!
Captain David made our cruise an adventure! We can't wait to do this again next year!
