  Samuel and his team at SS Tech Plus are stellar at what they do! While they weren't able to fix my laptop issue (through NO fault of theirs), they went above and beyond to give it their best shot. Samuel was fantastic at returning my (many) texts and emails during the process and always explained everything very clearly. Pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable as well. I will 100% be bringing any of my tech repairs to Samuel in the future, couldn't be happier with my experience!

  SS Tech is a highly recommended business. I give them five stars because Samuel is very friendly, quick with responses and repair time and also very reasonably priced. He is a local business and takes care of his customers as if they were his family.
  Our son built a computer on his own and ended up not doing some things correctly, we called Samuel dropped the Pc off the following day and had it back in less than a week. Very satisfied with his business and will be keeping him as our tech guy!!

  My daughter had an issue with her laptop and it was a Saturday. She was headed back to college the next day. We contacted Samuel and he was so helpful!! He had us bring it right over and he basically dropped everything to figure out what was wrong and got it back to us the very same evening!! Can’t say enough about his IT skills and his professionalism and his overall character! Strongly recommend him and is company !!!

  I cannot say enough about Samuel and SS Tech Plus. I ran into an issue when my computer got the Blue Screen of Death and needed to get it fixed.
  
  Called SS Tech Plus and spoke with Samuel. Samuel understood what I was dealing with and had me bring him my laptop to take a look at it.
  
  Samuel called me 2 days later and advised me on my options and even took the time to reexplain when I asked him several questions to make sure I understood everything.
  
  Ever since I've gotten my compute back it's been running great and for such a great price.
