I was hesitant to have anyone other than a family member work on my daughter's laptop, but Samuel was fantastic from start to finish! He is very professional and a pleasure to work with! He was able to replace the screen on her laptop very quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what the process would involve. The price he quoted me was reasonable and still he was able to do the job for a little less than his original quote. I am grateful to have found SS Tech Plus and Samuel will be my go to computer guy from here on out!
Samuel was very thorough and explained everything he was doing while trying to fix my PC. I was positive I was going to lose all my data, but Samuel made sure that everything was backed up. It was a pleasure working with him and his daughter.
Samuel was extremely helpful in fixing my laptop during a crucial business time. Excellent service for sure!
My sons laptop was stuck on a blue screen that I was unable to bypass. I watched numerous YouTube videos and tried to fix it myself, with many failed attempts lol. I had enough, as I’m no expert. So I decided to get a professional to look at it! Samual was amazing! He was quick, efficient, and friendly. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended! Thank you again!
Samuel was so professional and kept me informed the entire time regarding what to expect both on when the computer would be done and how much it would cost. I will definitely be using his services again if I am in need of computer repair.
It has been a pleasure working with Samuel at SS Tech Plus. He is always responsible to communicate with me either by phone or texting. He has taken care of all my personal computer needs in a friendly and professional manner. I will continue to use his services in the future.
Helped so much! Found this gentleman at the right time! I almost gave up. Will recommend to everyone!
I called SS Tech Plus on Friday at 5:00 and was able to bring it to be checked out as soon as I was off the phone. While on the phone I was given information that helped me feel more comfortable about my situation. My computer was gone over and has been working great. I was given peace of mind and my experience was very caring and informative. If I need any other computer help I will be going back without a thought. I have already told family about this company if they have a computer problem. I can't say enough how great my experience was.
I needed my laptop fixed after i failed in updating my computer..I went searching on Google for a computer fixer nearby and SS Tech Plus was open and responded immediately. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and affordable. After just once in meeting Sam, he's in my phone contacts as my computer guy. I honestly would recommend to anyone.
This is very reasonable and honest bussiness. Super helpful as well. Would recommend.

Sam was very nice to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with but he was very quick to recognize the issue we had with our computer and fixed it within a few hours.
We will definitely use Sam for future computer issues that may arise and most definitely recommend his service to anyone looking for a pleasant, knowledgeable computer tech.
Samuel is very professional and prompt on fixing my computer and reasonably priced highly recommended
Samuel was polite and professional. He understood the urgency to repair the laptop and worked on the weekend to fix the laptop screen blackout condition. I was able to drop off the laptop on Saturday and pick the laptop up on Sunday. This was a quick turn around and a fair price. I will definitely conduct business with SS Tech Plus in the future.
Samuel was a pleasure to work with. His communication was outstanding. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and I had full trust and confidence in him. Please support local business and give him a chance for your computer needs!
Samuel rocked it :) I will totally recommend his business. He was reasonable, and didn't try to overprice anything. We need more Samuel's in the business world, and it is how customer service should be!
