It was very easy to book an appointment. They are very responsive and have good customer service. Our dryer wasn't working at all. We made an appointment and they replaced the belt on the drum We tried doing laundry afterwards and it still wasn't working right (No heated air). They came out a 2nd time and replaced a small part at no additional cost. It's working great now and I'm glad we didn't have to spend the money on a new dryer!

I did not contract with these guys for the repair. That is because they spent time with text messages and photos to be able to tell me that the dishwasher needed replacement without going through expense and inconvenience of a service call. I definitely appreciate their effort!
