Eric was professional and explained what he was doing and how much everything would cost as he worked. He was quick and thorough and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had a service call with Hector who was prompt, knowledgeable, very pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our dryer as the model is no longer made and replacement parts are not available. He made every effort to locate what was needed and advised us on possible options and reliable manufacturers to consider when looking for a replacement.

This company is awesome. I was in a tough situation with my housekeeper breaking my oven knob/thermostat and everyone from the customer service team who answered calls/texts regarding quotes and timelines -- to Robert (Bobby) who came over to fix my oven- was so easy to work with and fast. I will never go anywhere else for appliance repair. And when Bobby was leaving he told me that he owned the company- and if/when I call again, they will have all my info/history on file so it will be even easier in the future if I need anything else. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the repair companies who dont answer the phone/communication is poor and it's like pulling teeth to get on the calendar with them. Thank you, Fix It Guy!

Third time using Fix It Guy. The technician Nain was awesome … on time, efficient, nice – and explained everything to us. Highly recommend!

Robert is great, and I believe in the FixItGuy! friendly and professional while getting the job done. I've had several appliance repairs done by Robert (Bobby) that have kept things running, saving me money. That's important in a time when everything has become disposable.

I’ve used Fix It Guy three times now. Always very quick to come out when there’s an issue. I’ve had 2 different technicians and both were great. They’ve fixed a washer dryer, dishwasher and oven! Would highly recommend them.
