Our water/ice dispenser stopped working so I scheduled a service call. Reggie was prompt in arriving, could not have been nicer (or more respectful - upon seeing our shoe tray in the hall, he took off his shoes before I said anything about them) and was quick to inform me after completing his investigation and due diligence that the issue was a plumbing one, not an appliance malfunction. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience with Fixit Guy Chicago. Patric was on time and remounted my dishwasher within the hour. It looks even better then it did before it broke.

Miguel did a great job repairing our washer/dryer unit. Already had the part, was able to finish within an hour and was professional. The team that helped me confirm my appointment were efficient, and the website was easy to navigate to get an appointment - very clear and easy to understand.

I was hesitant to go with this business just because I didn't know if it was legit. But the reviews were really positive so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! Eric and Hector were very professional and honest about the issue/price. They also let me know that the circuit board was fried and that it could've been a fire issue. My poor little furbaby! They taped it off with electrical tape and were candid that buying a new dishwasher would be the way to go. I would use this business again and recommend their services.
