We have used Fix It Guy for several years now. They have always been prompt, professional, and thorough. Miguel was out today, and always remembers when he has done work on our building. He is super nice, super professional, and always takes the time to explain things for you. They are very good at making sure you understand the problem, and how to avoid certain problems in the future. They also have a very good, streamlined process for scheduling appointments. They are definitely my go-to people for appliance repair!!

Have used them a few times. They tell you price for service call up front and that parts/labor will be extra if they are going to fix the issue. Always quick professional and don't try to charge you for more than is needed
