  I’m happy at the expert professional and prompt service provided by Patrick from Fix It Guy Chicago on an Amana fridge. The thermostat issue was the main issue as the freezer was icing over. The office staff member (Nancy) was very responsive and thoughtful and I felt she really took the time to understand my situation. The online booking process was easy. The thermostat was fixed within 48 hours of the first visit including original parts with a 90-day warranty. They seem to be expertly managed and responsive to customers. I highly recommend Fix It Guy Chicago.

  From my first call to the company, their staff has been responsive and timely throughout. Even sent reminders of upcoming appointment. To top it all off, the repairman Patrick even texted me 15 minutes before arriving, as the company had promised.
  
  Patrick was professional and knowledgable, explaining the problem/solutions/repair costs clearly. And a report will also be emailed to us.
  
  Mr. Fix It Chgo is Definitely a company I feel confident in using again.

  service was great however the office didn't follow through with my request to have the repairman call when he arrived. I asked for this because I wasn't able to be there & asked my daughter to meet the guy. the phone call was to be sure that she was there when he arrived. Luckily she was there, but it could have been a different story if she missed him...because she was waiting for that phone call. Also, he said when he arrived that the office didn't tell him what the deal was with the dryer.....even though I spent a good bit of time giving them the whole story. I'm thinking that communication is a problem with this company. I'll give them another try & see if it gets any better.

  First time using Fix It Guy. From calling to schedule, getting service performed, and getting notifications of appointments and when the technician would arrive, it was a great experience.
  
  Eric M. was awesome to work with. He was on time, professional, and made the whole process to smooth. He took time to diagnose the problem and check other items that may have effected my stove. Ultimately the spark module needed s replacement.
  
  The scheduling for that installation was quick and efficient. He checked all other components afterwards and was really thorough.
  
  Highly recommend this company and will use them again for future appliance issues!

  Have used them 3-4 times for various appliance needs including fridge, dishwasher and latest laundry machine. They’re fast, reliable, and always do the job right first. Prices are slightly on the more expensive side but I can justify it knowing that they’ll show up when they say they will and get it done. Scheduling isn’t always easy because they’re constantly busy (so likely not ideal for an emergency situation), but they have a range of options for scheduling like using their text number or calling the main line. Will continue using them and highly recommend you do to!
