My apprehension of an appliance repair melted away and instead ended blissfully with a happy dance & a fully functional appliance. Feeling grateful!
Fix It Guy Appliance Repair is the only repair company in Chicago everyone should use. There are other companies, but they're ghetto. Fix It Guy is NOT. Their prices are fair and reasonable given their high level of professionalism and expertise. Reggie was AMAZING. He explained the issue of my washing machine thoroughly, and successfully fixed it. Thank you all so much, I'll be sure to recommend this company to everyone!
Very knowledge, professional, timely. Easiest experience I have ever had with a home repair service.
They come on time and very fast repairs. Price is reasonable. I had both my dryer and dishwasher repaired and both are working very well.

This is my second (third?) time using these guys. I've always come back and I'm never disappointed. Today Miguel came out to fix my stove and he was quick, professional and friendly. I highly recommend the Fix-It Guy!
