Miguel came to assess my fridge that has been broken for 3 months. The top half of my fridge/freezer would not keep food cold. The ice machine has been broken for over a year but I learned to live without it. The fridge is 20 years old so I was thinking I would have to replace it entirely.

Miguel identified the issue with the coldness immediately & ordered the parts I needed. He returned 3 days later when the parts came in to fix the fridge/freezer. He also found a low cost replacement for my ice maker. I saved so much money having my fridge completely repaired and fully functional than having to buy a whole new fridge. I am so happy with this service & highly recommend!

We thought we might have to replace our dishwasher, but Horace fixed it in a matter of minutes. He was on time, very nice, got the job done, and charged the agreed-upon price.

I was so very pleased with the prompt & fast service. The serviceman was thoroughly familiar with how to repair my stove and washer, as well as the parts needed. He explained the problems so well, and even educated me on the lifespan of different appliance parts. I would definitely recommended Fix it Guy to my friends & family! Thank you!!

I had Fix It Guy Appliance Repair come out to diagnose my broken fridge. They were quick, on time, and completely honest. Rather than tell me he would fix it for $xx he told me straight up that the fridge was beyond repair and I should replace it. Although he didn't fix my problem I appreciated him being honest rather than trying to get some money from me for a repair that wouldn't work.
