Miguel was on-time (both for the diagnostic appointment and to install the needed part), very friendly, very mindful to put booties on before he came in (even though his shoes weren’t dirty at all), and fast/professional. Fix It Guy was recommended, since the appliance company I have used before’s refrigerator tech was out of town for a while. I would definitely recommend Miguel, and use Fix It Guy again,

Hands down, the #1 appliance repair company in the city. Their staff is easy to deal with, respond almost immediately, are happy to make return visits if/when needed and are overall pleasant to deal with. I've used Fix it Guy many, many times as a property manager, 5 stars is well desereved!

Horace is a great technician. Efficient and honest. Quickly determined our 15 year old fridge wasn't worth fixing with a new compressor, and we decided a new fridge was the best choice. Horace is a great representative of your business. He deserves more jobs and a raise! Thanks for the good and honest service.
