  Our GE microwave wasn't working right. It would shut off within a few minutes after using it. Pat came out an took a look at it and he was able to tell me what the issue was. He told me the cost of the part replacement wasn't worth it for my old microwave. I appreciated his honesty and his expertise to not give me the run around about getting it fixed. He was a really nice guy, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them!

  I called them and paid 65 for the visit. This would never be put towards the repair as is normal I found out later. Then he said 150 for parts and labor to put part in. Then he told me 150 plus a hefty sum for the part. He admitted he had phrased the price badly before. I agreed to the price but had a lot of queries. They then had a ball with me saying the part was sent to the wrong address or was out of stock and putting the repair off for weeks so I gave up. The customer is only right in that they can go somewhere else. Workmen rule. Don't use these people.
