I've used Fix It Guy Appliance Repair for several jobs and every time the representatives are always very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and effective. Generally the problem is resolved in a very short amount of time. Very happy with the service and will continue to use whenever I've got a need for some home appliance repair.

I am a property manager and I use Fix It Guy across my portfolio. Fix It Guy has amazing, professional, expert and responsive staff. Scheduling is easy and they always show up on time. I have never experienced a failed repair while working with Fix It Guy. They will let you know if your appliance cannot be repaired and they never ever recommend unnecessary repairs. Excellent service. Eric came over to look at my clothes dryer that had broken down, he was thorough in his examination. Was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and able to inform me he was not able to fix the dryer (nobody can, the dryer is 11 years old and obsolete). I will definitely recommend the Fix It Guys to others.

In addition to professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness, this company was very knowledgeable about different appliances and offered advise on proper upkeep for specified appliances. I would definitely recommend them to others for work.
