The gas bar on my wall oven broiler did not ignite. Bobby W came and recognize the problem immediately. A new ignition element had to be ordered. He came back the next day, as scheduled, and placed the new ignition element. Problem solved. A happy camper, now able to broil a steak.

I was prepared to pay for an extended service call, but Miguel determined that any efforts he made to extend the life of my fridge would be costly and temporary and that he wouldn't recommend it. I appreciated his integrity

Called and got an appointment the same day. They showed up on time. The Repair man was friendly and nice to my dog. I would use them again.

I have been a landlord for 45 years and have seen may a variation of tradesmen. The most important thing that Fix-It Guy is you look at the job, assess the time and materials; and then you give your quote. And you stick to your quote. This is not done by others; this brings me back. Yes, 45 years, plus I am an architect and know the trades. 5 stars.
