My washer broke during our stay-at-home period and I was able to get someone out from Fix It next day. Reggie diagnosed the problem quickly and returned with a part to repair it the next day. Very easy to book an appointment, track the repair, and very reasonably priced. I will use them again!

The technician arrived on time and was professional. He took great care to not touch additional surfaces and washed his hands frequently. He let us know exactly what he was doing and asked for permission to proceed every time. He finished up work within an hour and our washing machine is working as good as new. The price for the work was a great value. I would definitely use their services in the future.

From start to finish, the Fix It Guy team is highly professional. I greatly appreciate their transparent pricing on parts and their focus on getting the job right vs. just getting it done.

I also liked their honesty because I got a quote from Appliance DR that it was going to require 2 technicians to replace the control board, twice the labor cost, and Fix it Guy was able to replace it with one technician.

Fix-it Guy is great. My oven is old and they were able to determine that replacement parts were not available. They were able to have part shipped to be repaired.
