After being let down and taken to the bank by another repair company I called The Fix It Guy Appliance Repair. No appliance breakdown is an easy thing to go through, but I knew I was being taken care of the right way with this company.

I can't say enough great things about Patric Z. who serviced my call. My laundry setup was not an easy one to get to, a stackable unit in a very tight closet. He hopped right in there and got to work. Patric is super friendly and knowledgeable, and after two visits we got the problem fixed. He even offered to come back out and help me get the units back into the laundry closet and refund me for the parts that we didn't need.

These guys will be my first call for any issues in the future. They do business the right way, and I felt like my best intentions were being looked after the entire time. Appreciate the hard work that this company put into my service call!

They have kept our kitchen and laundry appliances running over the years, fixing issues at a reasonable price that extended the life of the appliances and helped us to avoid the need for costly replacements. They really know what they are doing, always figuring out the problem quickly. A pleasure to do business with.

We had fridge and stove issues with appliances that were only 3 years old. Not only was Bobby prompt and professional, but extremely knowledgeable about our Samsung appliances. He properly diagnosed our issues and fixed them well within an hour. You will not find better handymen(women).
