Timely, friendly, informative, true professionals.
Wonderful service and friendly staff. Eric was prompt to our initial service call, identified our issue, and thoroughly described the the solution and cost moving forward. Thank you for the great service!
They were on time and went above and beyond to repair my dishwasher.
Our Technician, Horace, did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and doing the repair. The only issues we had were the parts. They had been ordered and were supposedly in stock. However as it turned out they were not in stock delaying the repair. I believe this problem can be resolved through a better part supplier with more accurate part inventory management.
When the Fix It Guys showed up, I was impressed that they immediately covered their shoes after introductions. They were polite and efficient in fixing my washing machine.
If I ever need another appliance fixed, I will be calling them.
I always use Fix It Guy! They not only fix the problem(s) I'm having, they are on time, professional and it is so easy to book the appointment. I love that they send a text message upon arrival and confirm via text. It's truly a great service.
Reggie arrived on time, was extremely friendly and competent, and diagnosed my problem in about two minute, then proceeded to fix it. I become nervous when engaging the services of repairmen, as they can tell me anything and what choice do I have but to believe them and perhaps pay more than necessary. But I will not hesitate to call the Fix It Guy the next time I have any kind of appliance problem!
