Eric provided a thorough assessment of our LG refrigerator. He could not locate the issue but told me to call if there was an issue. After an hour it started leaking again so I called the office. They were great in getting Eric back out the same day! Sure enough I had remembered that when I turned the water back on I failed to turn the ice maker back on. I did so after Eric left which is why it started to leak. Upon his return he saw the issue and repaired the line. Great service very professional and polite! Definitely will use them again and refer to anyone who needs assistance.
