The service technician Patric Z got to my place, turn on the LG washer/dryer combo unit. In a matter of minutes of diagnosis just by listening to the noise it making. He found the problem and fix it right away. He did everything in 30 minutes! Awesome jobs! Would call them to fix if I have any other appliances problem in the future!

Exceeded my expectations. From the time they took my call to the time the repair on my dryer was completed was around 4 hrs. That's phenomenal. The seviceman was polite, friendly and exceptional.
