This is my first time using Fix It Guy. Just an overall great experience. Our dryer tub stopped turning and was also making a weird noise. Horace diagnosed, explained the issue clearly, and fixed the issue. Very professional and timely. This will be our go to for Appliance Repair.

Regie quickly diagnosed both my dishwasher and ice maker troubles. He looked up costs for parts so we could decide whether to replace or repair. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the whole appointment. He came back 2 days later and installed a new ice maker in less than 15 minutes. The dishwasher will need to be replaced. I felt great confidence in his work and advice. I would highly recommend this service. Thanks Regie!
