A Happy Holiday it will be for me and my Family!! My gas stove caught fire TWICE! First time cooking a pizza and the foil caught fire, opening the oven made it worse, of course and I accidentally threw sugar at the fire instead of flour, Yikes!! My stove was a mess even after cleaning it, but it caught fire again when trying to use it! I wasn't going to risk losing out on Turkey this year and so I read Protocal for this situation is to get a Fix it Guy!!

He listened to my story on what happened with my stove and got to work. He explained to me what he saw and explained what caused it. But I got a bonus when he heard my cries. When throwing the flour to put the fire out, it somehow went inside the door and splotted flour streaking down, I couldn't get to it to clean it. When he explained you have to take the door down, I stated sadly, "I figured..." In such little time there, he knew me because seconds later I see him taking the door apart for me to clean the flour inside!! And before leaving he made sure to turn the stove on to make sure everything was back in order! A+ all the way! "Always do more than what you are supposed to..." my favorite quote...and he did! Thank you so much!! Get it fixed! Get it Repaired! But only with a.... Fix It Guy Appliance Repair!!

We've use Fix It Guy Appliance Repair twice and have had a great experience both times. I highly recommend them for professionalism, ease of scheduling, quick repair, and honest opinions (i.e. probably time to buy a new appliance instead of getting it repaired).
I had a problem with my range. The temperature would not heat up.
I called the Fix Guy and was able to get an appointment that same day. The service man was prompt and very friendly. He quickly diagnose the problem and had it repaired in short order. I will be sure to use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

My Bosch oven needed the igniter replaced. I was able to get an appointment on less than 48 hours notice, and the tech arrived within the first half hour of the two-hour window. He had the correct part on hand and replaced the faulty one in less than twenty minutes, tested everything, and was done in under 30 minutes total. The price charged for the part was fair (in fact a few dollars less than Amazon), and the labor cost was quoted upfront

Really positive experience from initial survey through service. I worked with Bobby and he was very informative explaining everything to me so I knew what was needed to fix my stove. Really great customer service and scheduling. Highly recommend for any repairs in the city.
