This guys is legit. Don’t hesitate. He took great care of us and handled a repair for basically nothing when Sears wanted like $800 from us.
He saved us from being ripped off. -

Bobby came to my house within the scheduled time slot I requested and quickly figured out what was going on with my washing machine. He suggested a few ways to fix the issue and once we went with option A, he quickly went to work and fixed the issue. The entire visit took less than an hour. Bobby was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him to my friends and family

I used Fix-It-Guy to repair my washer that was not goin into spin mode. Pat the Technician was outstanding and very professional. My washer is working great; I would highly recommend using this company again and I for sure will be if I’m having appliance issues. Overall, they were outstanding on all fronts. Thank You

I thought the entire crew was very accommodating, and that made for a great experience. My refrigerator required a hard to get part, which they sourced, and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. From Valerie manning the phones to Bobby W who made the service call quick and efficient, I can't say enough. I'll be using Mr. Fix It Guy Appliance Repair again.
