I had a thumping sound in my waking machine. I called for repair and Eric came out. He is very professional and he was on time. After looking at the machine he was honest and said the machine needed to be replaced. He did not try to upsell me on repairs. The honestly is greatly appreciated. The only cost was the service call. I highly recommend them.

I called Fix It Guys out to one of my rental properties to diagnose a washing machine issue. The $85 service call fee is reasonable, but what followed was not.
Without any discussion, they simply sent me a quote for $350 to replace a drain pump, a part that retails for around $60. No explanation, no conversation, just an inflated quote.
I got a second opinion from another repair company, and they found nothing wrong with the drain pump at all. The diagnosis from Fix It Guys was completely inaccurate.
I would not recommend Fix It Guys to other property owners or landlords. In my experience, they attempted to upsell an unnecessary repair without even bothering to communicate with me. Do your due diligence and get a second opinion before authorizing any work.
