Awesome service from Patric -- was straightforward and honest with me about our washer + dryer which I was so grateful for! Would definitely call him again.
Appreciated Fix It Guy's easy scheduling via their website and responsiveness. I had a leak in my washing machine and their tech Reggie was very quick to diagnose the issue. Not only did he resolve it quickly but he also caught another minor fix. He explained to me what he did and taught me something new about my washing machine and my water heater. Highly recommend Reggie and Fix It Guy!
Reggie was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. And reassuring — turns out the oven was working okay, so I only paid for the house call. All was professional, smoothly run, efficient.
