While ultimately unable to fix the issue with our dryer, Fix It Guy made multiple trips and attempts and was very responsive to our concerns.

Our Bosch dishwasher was never properly fixed. About four hours after the maintenance person left, it began leaking water all over our kitchen floor, and an error code appeared on the door.
We hope you can help us resolve this issue as soon as possible. We also called and left a voicemail to report the problem. -
