As a property owner with tenants, quick response times and availability are essential when an appliance stops working. The Fix It Guy has a VERY convenient system to submit a work service request and schedule a visit! Robert was our service technician - EXCELLENT communication from pre-visit through post-visit. Advised me of the findings in a phone call and helped me walk through options! My tenants reported the not working appliance at 17:10 PST on Saturday, had a solution by 13:45 PST Sunday! I am more than happy with their professionalism and will be saving their number for any future appliance repair needs. Thank you!!!

They came out because my dryer had a burning smell coming from it. Eric ran the dryer and it turned out everything was fine and it was probably just a piece of lint. But he was very knowledgeable and referred me to an air duct cleaning service.
