Had them come take a look at an LG dishwasher. Was told it needed a new motor which LG would supply free under warranty. I confirmed this with LG. Once they take my payment, they tell me they dont do warranty work. This is something that wasnt disclosed to me when I told them I had a two year old LG dishwasher with a ten year warranty for the motor which is also displayed on the dishwasher! I called to ask why they cant fix it once the motor comes in and I was told to ask the repairman. Just strange, This company was quick to take my money without telling me first that they cant do warranty work. Its not honest to me. Makes no sense. Wasted my money with them. Now I need to find and pay another repair company to diagnose the dishwasher again in order for LG to send me a new motor.
