I had great experience start to finish. I appreciated being able to schedule the oven repair online and get text updates. The technician, Gabriel, arrived within the window and was able to swap in an new gas igniter for the oven. I would use this service again for my other appliances. Super professional.

Eric couldn't actually fix our issue, but he was friendly and professional.
Edit: I didn't mention Eric COULD have fixed the issue, but it was cost prohibitive (which he was very clear about). Just wanted to be clear that I wasn't reviewing an actual repair job, but his diagnosis. But yeah, he was great. -

Eric, the Fix-it Guy technician, was prompt, efficient, courteous , and acquired the necessary parts quickly and performed the repair. The support staff keep me informed and followed through on the scheduling and the repair as promised. I do not write reviews, but this experience was excellent.

A different repair company quoted us $1200 to fix our dishwasher, I was skeptical what they identified was the actual issue, and so reached out to Fix It Guy. Very glad I did! Nain was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the root cause of the issue and repair it on sight. They saved me a ton of money, and I'll be using them from now on for future repair needs
