Jacob was the best and went beyond what was expected. We thought we needed to replace a part for my stove that happened to be back ordered. After the visit he called the Bosh help desk and realized we were doing something wrong. He then called me to share how to more effectively use the oven so that we don’t continue having the same problem. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Thanks Jacob for your honesty and follow up.
