Eric was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything and answered my questions. I could not have asked for a more thoughtful and professional repairperson.
A follow-up visit was necessary, and again, Eric was extremely helpful, focused on fixing the minor electrical switch issue, and then made sure I knew how to use the repaired machine. Again, Mr. Eric was gracious, courteous and the model for what we all want when we call a repairperson!

I've been working with Robert and the Fix-It guy team for literally over 15 years. They are always on time, respectful, and frickin GREAT at their jobs. Id never dream of hiring anyone else, and I couldn't be happier. (I know, this is a lot for an appliance repair shop. But...I'm tellin you...)
Very good experience. Price was a little lower than the manufacturer of my washer (LG) was going to charge, and Gabriel was top notch. He answered all my questions, fixed an additional issue, and showed me all the details of the repair.
