The water dispenser on my Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator suddenly started squirting water when the freezer door was closed. Patris came by and assessed the situation, sent an estimate, ordered the part, and installed it. All good. 2.99% credit card fee.
ABT would have me buy a new refrigerator and put this one in the landfill. -

Scheduling was seamless and communication was excellent. My service technician, Gabriel, was professional, personable, and highly skilled. He diagnosed and fixed my walking machine issue and explained it to me (in laymen's terms that I could understand). I would definitely use this service again.

I had a great experience with Miguel from Fix-It Guy today. He was right on time, super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my dishwasher (which was actually a plumbing issue). I will definitely call Fix-It Guy next time I have an appliance issue.
