We had a great experience with Fix It Guy. Booked an appointment late at night and Jacob was there by noon the next day to fix our washing machine. He was communicative prior to arrival and during the appointment showed me everything he was checking, and answered lots of questions about the machine, general maintenance and what to do if the issue happens again. Highly recommend
