Request a couponGreat service! Friendly, fast, efficient. Nain explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He also suggested a product to use to help avoid this issue in the future.
Miguel at Fix It Guy was amazing - very knowledgable, fast, and gave us great recommendations for how to proceed that were reasonable and cost-efficient. I requested an appointment at 8:45am and he arrived at 1:30pm - super fast! Highly recommended!
Good Service. Diagnosed it properly. It was the Freon level......after visits from 7 different techs (under insurance) this is what solved the problem. I applied the Freon myself
Miguel was very friendly and helpful!
Miguel was great! Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave recommendations.
I asked for a quote based on the diagnosis I received from another appliance repair company. I didn't receive one.
Nain went above and beyond
Robert is an AMAZING guy!! I first met him 3 years back (in Sept 2022) at my home when he appeared to fix my washer (Fisher & Paykel). It was already an old machine by that time yet running well until that point. Robert's initial efforts in fixing it unfortunately went unsuccessful. However, he did NOT give up and rather decided to take the challenge and thus came back with the new parts and fixed it, which, after 3-years, is still running very well!! I therefore have NO HESITATION at all to give the highest mark to Robert for his "passion and professionalism" for the work he did for me. Also I would highly recommend Robert and his company to anyone who needs help.
Eric came out for our washing machine. Was able to diagnose the problem with ease. Very professional and efficient.
This is my go to appliance repair company! High level of professionalism and they always diagnose the problem right the first time!
Jacob was so kind and explained exactly what was wrong with my oven! Fixed in less than 20 minutes.
