Always have a good experience with the Fix It Guy’s!
Thrilled with the service I received by Fix-it Guy! Communication from the team in scheduling, status etc was excellent. The technician, Gabriel, was amazing. Arrived on time. Super professional and knowledgeable. When the job was complete, he explained precisely what was done and the parts used. Will use Fix-it Guy exclusively in the future! Exceptional service!
Eric arrived on time, and quickly detected the problem
Great team that worked very quickly to fix our dishwasher.
Was very helpful and nice and showed up right at the start of the appointment window.
BEWARE of their flat fee labor charges! Service call is $89 which is waived if you do the work. What they don’t tell you until they are on site is they charge a flat fee for labor. So labor to fix a dryer is a flat fee of $255, plus parts. So my 5 minute fix including a $25 plastic part was close to $300!! I called the office to see what they could do, they were very inflexible. Then when I said I’m going to write a review to tell others about these high labor charges, she tried to contact the repair person to tell him not to fix my dryer! Once she figured out he was already done, (it really was a 5 minute fix) she took $20 off my bill. Yes, they fixed the dryer but please be aware of these excessive labor rates, especially if you have a minor fix. On a side note the repair man was very nice and sympathetic about charging so much for such a small fix, he is the one who suggested I call the office.
Charged me $500 for a part that didn’t change anything and then said it would be $200 for another part. If I was going to spend $700 I would have bought a new fridge. Save your money and go somewhere else
