Arrived fairly quickly in the early part of the time slot range that was estimated. The technician came to diagnose why my fridge wasn’t cooling, but the freezer was. He explain things in detail why it wasn’t cooling which I appreciated, and his diagnosis of my fridge needed to be defrosted was correct. There were two parts from my fridge that popped out from the freezer section that I didn’t notice when the shelves were being removed by them during the diagnoses and I can’t figure out where it goes. Not a big deal as I’ll ask them when they come back to add a new water line to my fridge because the old one had a leak. They also installed a new garbage disposal which took minutes to put in, and it seems to be working properly with no leaks under the sink. Overall really good service. If I had to nitpick I wish they wore booties walking around.
