Miguel did such a great and speedy job at repairing my laundry machine. He explained what happened and promptly fixed it right after. He was very kind!

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. They charged us $85 for a quick 2-minute look at our fridge and promised to send an estimate for the repair. We heard nothing for an entire month — no updates, no communication, no follow-up. When they finally got back to us, we were told the part needed (a fan) was backordered for six months. Had we known that sooner, we could’ve explored other options. Instead, we wasted time and money, and our fridge is still broken. The lack of transparency and communication throughout was incredibly frustrating.

Repairman (Hector ) came and left without ever contacting me -the contact person. I have no idea that he did anything to determine that the refrigerator was no good as he only told the tenants that it couldn’t be repaired. Later over the phone he argued with me about the need to contact the contact person. I won’t be calling Fix It Guy again. I can’t say if the price is reasonable since I have no idea what he did -if anything.

Miguel always does great work no matter the issue. Today he did a fantastic job diagnosing and solving my stackable washer's standing water problem. In the past he's fixed my dryer's loud squealing and never leaves without giving me tips and red flags to look out for. I'm both more knowledgeable about my issue going forward into the future and it's no longer stealing my mental energy. People, what more could you ask for? Phenomenal job guys!!
