  I can highly recommend Fix It Guy Appliance Repair. My washer stopped working and I scheduled an appointment online after seeing all the positive reviews. The scheduling process was easy, the follow up immediate and I got an appointment for the following morning. Repairman Jacob G arrived on time, explained the problem, solution, and cost in detail and finished the repair in a timely manner. He was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. All in all a very positive experience and reasonable pricing. I will definitely use Fix It Guy for any future appliance repair needs.

  The technician had good communication. We ended up needing a new washer because it was 16 years old and beyond repair, but Miguel gave us some good tips on what brands are good/what to avoid and recommended stores/where to avoid. The price was reasonable for a visit to diagnose the issue.

  We have a Bosch dishwasher that's the best appliance we've ever owned. Has worked well for years. A couple months ago it gave an E25 warning and stopped working. I fixed it myself by cleaning it, but a few weeks later we got an E24 (not draining) warning, and nothing I could do would fix it. We called another company that tried to sell us a part for 11x what it cost. We didn't use them.
  
  So I called Fix It Guy, told them what the problem was, they charged us cost for the part and fixed the problem. But then just last week, same problem, E24. They came out again the next day, took it apart and really cleaned it, and only charged us an $85 service call, then said they'll apply their 90 day warranty if it still didn't work.
  
  It still didn't work. So they came out again, for no charge, and augured the drain, which fixed it.
  
  Robert our main tech is a total pro, and they're easy to reach by phone and text. I'm so grateful we found them.
