  Great experience. I have had issues with my KitchenAid built-in microwave since I owned it and I wish I called this crew from the beginning. After multiple visits and hundreds of dollars spent with no result from the repair team sent by KitchenAid’s website, Fix It Guy got a fix done in 1 visit. I had a feeling of “They are competent” from every interaction over text, call and in person.

  On the evaluation/diagnosing visit they didn't even pull out the stove to see a gas regulator connected to the out line. When they came back to repair they were surprised and said they've never seen something like that before. Needless to say, they didn't fix the problem and cost me $300 in labor. (At least they refunded the part cost which didn't fix the issue).
