Great service and reasonable price
I called regarding my 17-year-old Frigidaire FEX831FS washer, which recently started leaking. Robert answered my call while he was driving and was incredibly helpful and honest. He explained that the manufacturer no longer makes parts for this model, and based on the common issues these units develop over time, it wouldn’t be worth repairing.
Even though his company wasn’t able to service my unit, he still took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and guide me in the right direction. What a genuinely nice person and a true professional! I really appreciate his honesty and the excellent service. Highly recommended!
