Patrik was very helpful and very professional. Will definitely use them again.
I bought a Bosch dishwasher 5 years ago. I sent in my little slip to register my Appliance. My dishwasher is now broken and they say they did not receive my registration slip. They told me it was $179 just for the guy to come out and then $20 every 6 Minutes after that. I am so disappointed in Bosch because all I've ever heard is good things. There's customer service is a negative 10. So now I have a broken dishwasher and the customer service people we're absolutely horrible! If your appliances don't last more than 5 years you need to get out of the business. So I wouldn't recommend Bosch to anybody, When their customer service is so horrible.
Easy online scheduling, good communication through text message, prompt and friendly service! I will use Fix It Guy in the future for sure.
