Gabriel was very professional and friendly. He came early and was able to repair the problem quickly.
We've hired Fix It Guy Repair a few times over the years to help solve different issues with our washing machine. Each time they've been knowledgable and kind! Gabriel helped us this last time and he did a really fantastic job! He was patient and solved the problem. He tried a few different things to try and save us from having to buy a new motor; I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in doing so. I would absolutely highly recommend Gabriel and Fix It Guy Repair.
Came in within 3 business days and fixed the problem (condensation tube came unplugged). Easy to coordinate with despite me being out of town.
Excellent - got right to the problem - gave me options and explained the potential outcomes. Easy to talk to, professional and right down to business! Thanks!

Great job by Hector, super helpful.
I was able to book a same-day appointment for my Samsung washing machine! Eric was punctual, explained what was wrong, and fixed the machine quickly. Excellent service, will absolutely call again for future repair needs.
I received email reminders ahead of time and text messages with updates on when he arriving. Robert was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven. He ensured he didn't scratch my floors while moving my oven. I will use home again.
Gabriel from Fix It Guy Chicago was AWESOME! The scheduling online was so easy and they had a lot of availability, especially for a weekend. I asked for a window if 8-12pm and he was here right at the beginning of the window which was really appreciated. He was polite and efficient, getting right to work and walking me through what he was doing. The fix was easy, just needed the ignitor in my oven replaced and he had that replacement wit him and ready to go. The whole process took lesson than 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about maintaining ovens and helped give me some tips to keep my appliances working for longer. He even did me a favor and checked the date on all of my appliances to see how old they were so I knew what I was working with. I will definitely be using them again!
