  Used them a few times, they’re fine. The biggest issue is scheduling. You are given a 4 hour window of when they will arrive (not when the work will be completed). This makes it hard to coordinate. If you are going to use them, make sure you don’t have anything to do all day because there is no guarantee they will be prompt.
  I am out a $30 cancellation fee because I was cocky in thinking I would be able to get to work by noon. The window I initially requested was 8am-12am. It then got changed to 9am-1pm and I had to call to get it changed to 9am-12pm. The techs are pleasant and the office is nice, just please clear your schedule to accommodate them.

  I am extremely satisfied with the service. In all there years, I have never had such a great experience with any of the companies. Gabriel was very patient, extremely professional, answered all our questions and was very accommodating with scheduling a time that would work for us even though it meant a long day for him. The communication was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use then for any of my future appliance repairs.

  It was easy to schedule with Fix It Guy Appliance Repair, and the prices were fair and transparent. The technician who came out to change our washer gasket was professional and even took the time to talk me through how to keep it clean and running well in the future. He checked for leaks at the end and didn't leave until he was sure the machine was running well without leaks. Would absolutely hire them again!

  The tech missed the 3 hour 11-2 service window and messaged me 2 mins after. He showed up an 1hr 48 minutes later at 3:50. When he arrived he moved my entire island and didn’t put it back. He also removed the oven in the island to look at why it wasn’t turning on all of a sudden and told us that he moved the cables around and it’s fine but couldn’t push it all the way back into the island. He left it sitting an inch out and the island crooked. I don’t understand how I am charged $85 for a service call where the tech was late and I have to hire another company to reinstall the oven. It doesn’t make sense that wires would be loose on an appliance installed by the builder of the high rise in 2006.
