Such a great experience with Fix It Guy and Gabriel in particular. Easy process start to finish, great follow up, and Gabriel was super friendly, professional and really helpful in figuring out our problem. Would highly recommend using them!
They did a great job, and completed until it was fully resolved. highly recommended. Eric was very easy to work with and issues that came up were resolved at no extra cost.
Miguel was prompt and super helpful, he diagnosed our washer issue immediately and had helpful advice on next steps.
The technician was knowledgable and responsive. The repair took longer than it should have due to part availability.
Quick turnaround and got service the next day. They showed up on the early side of the window which was very nice. The technician was very good at diagnosing and explaining the problem. Our issue with our washer dryer all in one unit seems to have been resolved after about an hour of work.
Miguel was very nice and answered all my questions
Eric was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient at diagnosing the problems with the oven and offered various solutions to remedy the situation. thank you
Friendly and efficient service. This company fixed an issue with one of my stove burners not lighting. It was easy to book a service call, and Eric, my technician was knowledgeable and nice. I would use this company again for appliance repair needs. The price seemed reasonable too.
Technician was really good and they were able to fix my washing machine with a broken door and moldy gasket without a problem. Did have some issues with scheduling and communication which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
Hector did a great job.
