Reggie’s your guy. Shows up on time, gets it done quickly. I have a dryer from the 80s or 90s and it stopped heating the clothes. Reggie came over and diagnose the problem and got the parts on order and came back and did it in like 10 minutes.
I am highly disappointed with the service. I booked a diagnostic service for my refrigerator which isn't cooling or freezing. I made the appointment on June 24 for the service date of June 27. The technician arrived and commented that he needed the refrigerator on for 24 hours. This should have been communicated to me beforehand especially because while making the appointment I had noted that I have switched off the fridge. The technician then plugged in the refrigerator, theorized issues and simply reached the conclusion that I need to buy a new one and left within 5 minutes of his arrival. The service call charge is $85 and I was expecting a proper diagnostic service not a theory session.

If you are considering utilizing the FIT IT GUY Appliance Repair like the Nike logo says, “JUST DO IT!” Reggie was very professional, helpful. and accommodating. He was concerned about coming into the unit and therefore he put a cap over his shoes. He showed me the part on my refrigerator that needed to be replaced. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and explained why it wouldn’t work anymore. He was very polite and courteous. I will utilize the company again and I would recommend Reggie’s company to anyone in need. No need to look any further, this is your guy.
Tech came out looked at fridge took a picture my tenant explained the problem and he left. Sent me a message saying what it needs. He did not use anything to diagnose the problem like a multi meter which would have been a accurate diagnosis.
Great service! Gabriel was professional and quickly identified the problem with my leaking refrigerator. A few years ago, I used a different company for a similar issue and paid more than three times what I paid today.
