  I had a great experience with this company. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, and the technician arrived within the quoted time window. I really appreciated that he put booties over his shoes before coming into my apartment—it’s a small thing but I really appreciate him not dragging mud inside.
  He quickly diagnosed the problem with my LG dishwasher, explained what was wrong, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. The price was a little higher than I might have hoped, but I’d much rather pay a bit more for a reputable company that shows up on time, knows exactly what they’re doing, and fixes the problem efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary parts or repairs.
  
  Overall, the service was professional, clean, and hassle-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  I had a fantastic experience with Robert from Fix IT Guy Appliance Repair! Our fridge was showing a few error codes, and Robert was able to quickly identify exactly what the problem was. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the unit and didn't leave us in the dark. Better yet, he walked us through exactly what our options would be if these specific errors ever pop up again in the future, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

  I had a remarkable experience. Miguel was the technician. He was not only kind, friendly and relatable, he was honest and completely upfront. We talked about the age of my refrigerator and how I should take that into consideration while making my decision to either get the freezer repaired, or go off somewhere else and buy a new refrigerator which would have nothing to do with Miguel. Honest worker!!!! I ended up just getting the freezer repaired and I felt comfortable because I came to that decision by myself. Miguel gets 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ from me. I am already telling my neighbors that they have to use your guys' group to get things repaired around here.

  They fixed a bad oven igniter and bad rollers in my dryer and did were very quick and courteous in all of their work. I've used Fix It Guys for many appliance repair projects in the house and they've always done a great job and are my go-to company for appliance issues. I've had a great experience with all of their staff, but Eric is particularly great: he clearly explains the issue and is always very courteous to me and my entire family when he's on site.
