Gabriel came out to assess the damage to my Samsung washer. The drain pump is broken and needs to be replaced. He seemed very professional and honest with me. I would recommend his services.

Fix It Guy can always be relied on for prompt diagnostic visits as well as quick turnarounds for repair work. They came here to fix our dishwasher & washing machine last year and our fridge today. The techs are very straightforward. Booking appointments are not difficult. Their service desk is always helpful. They work on Sundays too, I was delighted to discover.

So, the two techs that I needed were great. Except for the clean up.
The mess that was left was unexpected.
One would think that when you are paying a total of $400 an hour that you would not have to clean. Especially when the parts were under $70.
Come on boys. I’m not your mother.
