The best— knowledgeable, trustworthy, cut to the chase on advice and they see things through without the big company red tape. They have done great work for me over the years.

I used Bobby and his team for a washer/dryer repair and was so happy with the results! They were so easy to work with, arrived on time, and made sure the project was done correctly and in a timely matter. I will definitely be using the Fix It Guy for any repairs in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a professional and friendly repairman in the city!

The Fix It Guys (I believe Bob and Reggie) showed up on time and were very professional and nice. They worked on my washing machine and confirmed what I suspected which was that the repairs would cost more than replacing the machine. They had researched the machine prior to coming and brought a few replacement parts that might be needed which I thought was proactive and shoes initiative. They were very careful when moving the machine and took care to make sure they didn’t scratch my new tile floor. I was very happy with their service and would call them again for any appliance repair.
