  My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the service The Fix-It Guy provided. We had three appliances that needed attention and the price of the service call covered all three. Reggie was our service man and he sent texts informing us of his progress to our home and also explained the potential issues with the appliances as he worked on each of them. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And he was able to fix two of the three appliances. (The garbage disposal was a goner). Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

  They were very prompt and professional and were able to diagnose the issues with my appliances quickly. I was a bit concerned about being alone with strange men and being subject to the “female tax” and charged for unnecessary repairs but I felt very comfortable and that they were very up front with me. I would absolutely call them again.
