Simply Fantastic. They were very prompt and kept me informed. No hidden fees or anything. They even text you when they're on their way to you. Literally fixed my problem within an hour or so after getting the part in and they put all of the expenses on one invoice instead of multiple. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their washer fixed.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that my problem wasn't fixed according to their diagnosis. I didn't have time to wait for them to get it right so I just bought a new fridge it was for my tenants' apartment. Even though the old fridge wasn't fixed in the end, I found the fix it guy's service and professionalism very encouraging. They return the money for the parts that I purchased and the cost of the repair. This only left me out the cost of the diagnosis.I'm sure if I was determined to get that old fridge fixed and had the time for them to keep on fixing it that they would have succeeded
