Fix it guy was awesome. He came out and figured out the problem with our washer on a Tuesday, had the replacement part ordered the same day and was able to return to install it on Thursday.

Our repairman, Patrick, was on time, very nice, courteous, professional, efficient and honest. He got the job done in a very timely manner. He even brought covers for his shoes which I also appreciated. I will call The Fix-It Guy again. This company is my new appliance repair company. Thank you for your great customer service.

I rarely fill out reviews, but everything about my experience with these guys was great -- from diagnosing the problem over the phone, to scheduling, to the house visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, on time and got the job done as promised. I'm hoping not to need any more appliances fixed anytime soon, but if I do I'll definitely be calling them.
